In compliance with the provisions of the Emilia-Romagna Regional Law n. 1/2018, the company ART-ER S. cons. p. a. is constituted through the perfect merger of the companies ASTER S. Cons. p. A. and ERVET SpA.
The first meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on 7 May 2019. This area will be progressively implemented – within the time frame established by the law – as soon as the documentation is approved.
