PROCEDURE AP03 – Register of Providers
You can apply to join ART-ER’s Register of Providers at any time during the year. Selection procedures will take into consideration CVs received up to the day on which the selection process is started and not earlier than two years before that date.
To enable adequate assessment, it is important that you keep your CV up-to-date; you can send in changes or events occurred after the date you submitted the CV.
Please note that you may not apply for more than two sectors. However, experiences in other fields will still be taken into account in the evaluation.
On January 31st each year, CVs that are over two years old will be deleted from the database.

ART-ER S. cons. p. a., in its capacity as Data Controller, informs you that, pursuant to Articles 13 Reg. EU 2016/679 and 111 bis Legislative Decree 196/03 as amended, the personal data you have voluntarily provided by completing the “Work with us” form and by sending in your CV, will be processed in accordance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your confidentiality and of your rights, in full compliance with current data protection regulations.
Data Controller and Data Protection Officer

Type of data processed, purpose and legal basis
The personal data processed by the Controller are those that you have entered by completing the “Work with us” form in the ART-ER website as well as personal data contained in the curriculum vitae you have uploaded.
Pursuant to art.6 c.1 (b) Reg. EU 2016/679, your data will be processed for the purposes of verifying that you meet the application requirements and that you hold the qualifications required by the specific selection procedures for inclusion in ART-ER’s Register of Providers. Your personal data will also be processed for compliance with regulations, including audit and inspection activities, as well as for legal requirements on transparency and advertising.
Provision of your personal data is necessary in order to evaluate whether you meet application criteria and that you hold the qualifications required by specific selection procedures. Therefore, failure to provide personal data or the provision of inaccurate data could prevent said evaluation and consequently exclude you from the selection process
Processing modalities
The personal data you provide will be processed in the premises of the Controller in electronic or paper form, by authorized ART-ER personnel who have received adequate instruction on the measures, procedures and modus operandi for effective protection of your personal data.
To guarantee the security and confidentiality of the personal data processed, in accordance with the provisions of art.32 Reg. EU 2016/679 and the “Guidelines for governance of the regional information system”, ART-ER has taken adequate technical and organizational measures to reduce the risk of destruction, loss, unauthorized access or any processing of personal data that is not permitted or not in conformity with the purposes of collectio
Disclosure of data
Your personal data may be disclosed to local bodies and institutions who are legally entitled to request them. They may also be disclosed, for the purpose of processing, to external companies or professionals appointed by ART-ER as Data Processors pursuant to art.28 Reg. EU 2016/679 or persons authorized to process data hired by ART-ER for the performance of their institutional activities. The list of Data Processors is available from the Controller upon request. Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.
Publication online
In compliance with transparency obligations established by current applicable regulations, you are informed that some of your personal data will be published online on official websites.
Retention period
ART-ER will process your personal data for the period of time needed to pursue the purposes at the basis of processing, in full compliance with the retention obligations established by law.
Rights of data subjects
In accordance with the provisions of art.15 et seq. of Reg. EU 2016/679, you may at any time contact ART.ER to exercise your right to: access and obtain a copy of your personal data [right of access]; have your data rectified if they are incorrect, or to complement your data if they are incomplete [right of rectification];have your data deleted in the cases set forth by art.17 Reg EU 2016/679 [right of erasure]; obtain restriction of the processing in the cases set forth by art.18 Reg. EU 2016/679 [right of restriction] to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you under art.6 c.1 (e) and (f) Reg. Right to complain
If you believe that processing of your personal data has breached the provisions of Reg. EU 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, pursuant to Article 77 of Reg. EU 2016/679 or to apply to the competent judicial authorities pursuant to Article 79 of Reg. EU 2016/679.
